Open Source Training offers on site training at your company location as well as a regular schedule of open-enrollment classes in cities across 40 U.S. states and 6 Canadian provinces. Our courses cover the open source technologies in popular use throughout the IT industry.

We believe that when it comes to computer training, you need to develop true competence in new skills, not just receive an overview of syntax and techniques. The best way to assure competence is through facilitated hands on practice. Our students spend at least 50% of their time in class performing structured hands on lab exercises that build competence, confidence, and clarity.

All of our courses are instructor-led. Open Source Training's instructors are experienced professionals, cross-trained in several technologies. They can provide an unbiased assessment of alternative open source technologies, their features and functionality, and their potential perils and pitfalls. And, our instructors must achieve a 98% approval rating, with at least 80% of students rating them excellent, or they are not allowed to teach for us.
